  • What does my child wear to class?

Boys and girls may wear a tucked-in t-shirt and shorts or athletic pants, and girls also have the option to wear a leotard if preferred. Hair must be pulled neatly and securely away from the face to ensure it stays up throughout the entire workout. Students may be barefoot or wear socks during class. Chewing gum and jewelry are not permitted for safety reasons. Students are encouraged to bring a water bottle to stay hydrated during class. Personal items should be stored in a designated cubby, and Eagle Gymnastics Academy is not responsible for any lost or stolen items. To prevent confusion, please ensure all personal belongings are clearly labeled with your child’s name.

  • What is your make-up policy?

Due to our classes being full, we do not offer make-ups in regular classes. All students ages 4 and older can make up their recorded absences during a monthly open gym. You can request to use a make-up for an open gym through our customer portal.

Students are offered one make-up per month. All make-ups must be completed within six weeks of the absence date.

Students ages 18 months to 3 years can make up their absence in a class when there is an opening; however, openings are not guaranteed. We are currently unable to overbook a class for a make-up.

Missed make-ups cannot be rescheduled. This policy applies to both open gyms and class make-ups.

  • How do I know when my child is ready to advance to the next level?

We are a year-round program and each child progesses at their own pace. Our coaches follow lesson plans with level-appropriate skills to evaluate their students each week. Once your athlete has completed all the required skills for their level, our experienced coaches will notify our office staff. The office staff will then contact you directly to assist in finding an open spot in the next level or to place your athlete on the waitlist for the class of your choice.

  • Are your classes year round or in sessions?

Our classes run year-round and are continuous. We do not have sessions or specific enrollment periods. All classes offer ongoing registration, subject to availability.

  • Can my child attend more than one class per week?

Yes, you can register your athlete for as many classes as you like. We offer a 5% discount on the total price for multiple enrollments.

  • Do you have a sibling discount for classes?

Our sibiling discount is 5% off the total amount per family enrollment.

Sibiling discounts vary for our special events and camps.

  • When do you bill tuition?

We charge tuition to your account on the 20th of each month. Tuition payments not made by the 1st of the month will incur a $10.00 late fee per enrollment.

  • Do you charge an annual enrollment fee?

Yes, we charge an annual enrollment fee of $35.00 per athlete or camper currently enrolled in our program. This fee is nonrefundable.

  • If I enroll in the middle of the month, is the tuition prorated?

Yes, all tuition charges for new enrollments are prorated based on the number of classes remaining in the month.

  • If my athlete misses a class, do I get a refund for that class?

We offer make-up Open Gyms once per month for missed classes. You are able to request a Open Gym to be used as a make-up through your customer portal. Your tuition holds your athlete's spot in class and no refunds are given for missed classes.

  • How much is tuition and is there a sibling discount? Can I try the class out before committing?

Tuition is based on an average of 4 classes per month. This does include a free trial class for all new students to insure we have them in the correct level and that you, as a family, love the program before signing up. For our Parent-Tot classes (45 minutes), tuition is $95/month. For all other recreational classes (55 minutes), tuition is $110/month. For advanced hour and a half classes, tuition is $135/month. We do offer a 5% discount off of your full tuition total for siblings or multiple classes.

  • How do I withdraw from the program and can I “pause” my account? What if my child is injured?

Here at Eagle Gymnastics, we only require a two-week written notice to drop the program. This can be submitted through iClass or by notifying the front office staff. We would then prorate your tuition and issue a refund (or account credit if returning) after the two week notice.

We cannot place a “hold” on your account without tuition being paid. If your child is injured, we can place your account on “Medical” which is only 50% tuition. This does guarantee their spot back whenever the child is cleared by their doctor. This requires a doctor’s note sent.

  • My child is interested in competing. When can they be looked at for team?

A parent can request a team evaluation at any point and any age. Here, we have a Competitive Girl’s Team, Boy’s Team, and Trampoline & Tumble Team. The front office will pass along the parent’s information and will have a team coach follow up to schedule a one-on-one evaluation. The cost for this is $25 and the coach will assess the child at each event.

  • How can I change my child’s class schedule?

In youriClass customer portal, you will be able to submit a request for a different class. If you see that the class is currently full, you can request to jointhe waitlist. This can be requested for multiple classes. You can also notify the front office, and we can switch you over or add you to the waitlist(s).

Requesting a class of a different/higher level may be denied by office unless the coach has approved the request.
