EMPLOYMENT AT EAGLE

Junior Coaching Program (Ages 15+)

Start Strong. Lead with Confidence. Grow with Purpose.

At Eagle Gymnastics Academy, we believe that people matter more than anything else. That includes our youngest staff members. Our Junior Coaching Program is designed for high school students age 15 and up who are ready to take their first step into the professional world — in an environment built on trust, growth, and excellence.

Why Become a Junior Coach?

We know that “culture trumps rules, laws, and policies” — and that the best way to grow future leaders is by giving them real opportunities to learn, contribute, and thrive. As a Junior Coach at Eagle, you will:

  • Train side-by-side with senior coaches who mentor you with humility, patience, and support.
  • Lead warmups and actively assist classes, gaining confidence in working with both children and adults.
  • Communicate directly with parents, helping you learn how to speak clearly, professionally, and with purpose.
  • Take on leadership roles, mentor your peers, and model the character that makes Eagle’s culture so strong.

A Place to Learn Life Skills

We expect our staff — even our youngest — to act in ways that make everyone’s lives better. Junior Coaches help with daily responsibilities that keep the gym running smoothly, from basic cleaning to setup and organization. These tasks teach:

  • Responsibility and attention to detail
  • Time management and teamwork
  • Pride in your environment and in your effort

A World-Class Start to Your Future

Whether you plan to become a teacher, athlete, doctor, engineer, or entrepreneur, the skills you learn at Eagle will serve you well. We are committed to developing leaders with initiative, integrity, and work ethic. Junior Coaches receive:

  • Meaningful resume experience in leadership, communication, and service.
  • College and job recommendations from experienced mentors.
  • Opportunities to grow into more advanced roles within the company.

The Eagle Standard

At Eagle Gymnastics Academy, we hold ourselves to a higher standard — not just in coaching, but in how we lead, serve, and support one another.

We are committed to building a world-class environment, where every team member — from junior staff to senior leadership — is respected, empowered, and encouraged to grow. We believe that people matter more than anything else, and we strive to create a culture where everyone feels seen, supported, and inspired to be their best.

Joining Eagle means being part of a team that:

  • Values humility, initiative, and personal growth
  • Believes in trust, accountability, and shared responsibility
  • Communicates with clarity, respect, and professionalism
  • Is committed to making every experience better — for athletes, families, and fellow staff members

We often say, “Leadership is the skill of influencing others to voluntarily give their best self toward the accomplishment of a worthy goal.” If you are ready to be part of a family that challenges, develops, and believes in you, we invite you to apply.
