TUMBLE 1 - "BEGINNER"

55-minute class

Ages 5+

This level of class will focus on teaching strong safety skills necessary for beginners of tumbling and will focus on rolls, landings, handstands, and cartwheel skills.

TUMBLE 2 - "ADVANED BEGINNER"

55-minute class

Ages 5+ years

For athletes who have a strong cartwheel and roundoff, this level introduces progressions and drills for front and back handsprings.

TUMBLE 3 - "INTERMEDIATE"

55-minute class

Ages 5+

This level continues with strong basic skills and focuses on teaching the roundoff-back handspring connected.

TUMBLE 4 - "INTERMEDIATE ADVANCED"

55-minute class

Ages 5+

Athletes must have a strong roundoff-back handspring as this class focuses on teaching tumbling passes containing 3-4 skills and works on standing saltos. By recommendation only.

TUMBLE 5 - "ADVANCED"

55-minute class

Ages 5+

To enroll in this class, athletes need to demonstrate confidence in performing multiple back handsprings in a row. The class emphasizes back tucks, layouts, and twisting skills. Enrollment is by recommendation only.
