Recreational Gymnastics

Our gymnastics classes progress from foundational skills to advanced techniques across vault, bars, beam, and floor. Beginners build strength, coordination, and confidence through core movements. Intermediate gymnasts refine technique and begin linking skills, while advanced athletes take on challenging elements like back handsprings and high bar work—emphasizing precision, control, and mental focus.

Frequently Asked Questions About
Our Gymnastics Programs

Our coaches evaluate the athletes each week. They will let you and the front office know as soon as a child is ready to advance by a certificate they will fill out for you to keep. We also encourage parents to communicate with their coaches often either before or after class.

Our coaches do a great job keeping the athletes challenged in their level until they feel confident that they are ready to advance to the next level.

Our classes are 55 minutes long and include a 10-minute warm-up followed by three 15-minute rotations. We keep our classes maxed at 8 kids to ensure they stay active and progressing.

Our front office is happy to go over the best option for your child’s trial class. Their age and skill level will help us determine where to place them for the evaluation.

We prefer a leotard for safety, but we only require athletic attire. This includes shorts or leggings with an elastic waistband. No jewelry, skirts, and we ask that girls do not wear a 2-piece outfit with their midriff showing. Kids will go into the gym barefoot and just need to bring a labeled water bottle with them.

Your coach will present you with a certificate with your child’s name and the new level they are advancing to. You will bring this to the front desk so we can assist you in finding a new class that best works with your schedule.
